New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India has blocked the implementation of anti-farmer black laws imposed by the Modi government in the name of agrarian reforms.

According to the International News Agency, the Supreme Court of India had heard the case of the ongoing farmers' protests across the country and the Modi government's anti-farmer policies yesterday.

The court, in its decision today after hearing the arguments of the parties, restrained the authorities from implementing Prime Minister Modi's agrarian reforms. This decision of the Supreme Court caused a wave of happiness among the farmers.

The Indian Supreme Court in its judgment ordered the setting up of an independent committee to negotiate with the protesting farmers, saying that the agricultural laws were passed without consulting the people concerned and the government has yet to resolve the differences. No effective negotiations. This is gross negligence.

The apex court in its judgment further said that using public laws only to reward a few prominent people would create a problem of law and order in the country and the people would start hating the state.

It is to be noted that the Modi government had passed a black law on the exploitation of farmers in the name of agrarian reforms on which farmers from all over Punjab had reached New Delhi and had been protesting against their economic assassination for 45 days. Attempts to crush but failed each time.

The Indian Supreme Court has ordered a halt to the implementation of controversial agricultural laws and set up a committee to negotiate with farmers.

The Supreme Court in New Delhi heard petitions against the new agricultural laws.

The Supreme Court has ordered a halt to the implementation of controversial laws and formed a four-member committee of experts.

The court said it was disappointed with the government's performance on the issue of farmers' protests.

On the other hand, the farmers' organizations have welcomed the stay order, but we rejected the formation of the committee by the Supreme Court, saying that only pro-government people are present in the committee and the protest will end until the controversial agricultural laws are withdrawn. I Will not do it.

It may be recalled that farmers in India have been protesting against the new anti-farmer agricultural laws for 49 days and hundreds of farmers have staged sit-ins on various routes in New Delhi.

Many rounds of talks with the farmers and the government have failed and the farmers are not ready to back down from their demands despite the brutal violence of the Indian government.

Recently, the farmers had announced to hold a tractor rally on the occasion of Indian Republic Day on January 26, on which the Supreme Court has also issued notices to the farmers' organizations.
