Sino-Indian border dispute: 'Fresh clash' between Indian and Chinese troops and reports of 'wounded soldiers of both countries'

According to local Indian media reports, another clash has taken place between the two countries' troops on the disputed border between China and India, in which soldiers on both sides were also injured.

According to BBC Hindi, the Indian Army has confirmed the clash between the troops of the two countries in the Nako La sector near the China-India border in Sikkim.

According to the BBC's Shakeel Akhtar, the soldiers punched and punched each other in the clash, injuring several soldiers. At least 150 soldiers from both sides were involved in the clash. According to Indian media, 20 Chinese and four Indian soldiers were injured in the incident.

According to media reports, tensions between the two countries have escalated since clashes in the disputed border area.

At least 20 Indian soldiers were confirmed dead in a clash in the Gulwan Valley in June last year, while China did not say how many of its soldiers were killed or wounded.

According to Indian media, the recent clashes took place near Nako La Pass in Sikkim. The Sikkim region is located between Bhutan and Nepal. According to media reports, some Chinese troops allegedly tried to cross the Nako La border in northern Sikkim and enter Indian territory, sparking the dispute.
Both countries claim that the area is actually part of their country.
This 3440 km long border has rivers, lakes, and snow-covered peaks and therefore the location of the border may change over time. There are many occasions when the troops of the two countries are face to face, which raises the possibility of occasional clashes.
