She was commenting on the ongoing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy at the National Stadium in Karachi. Panic spread in the stadium after her corona test came positive.

Those in charge of the commentary box got into trouble and underwent corona tests.

Commentators and former Test cricketer Bazid Khan were also tested, while Tariq Saeed, Zohaib Hassan, Ali Younis, and Sikandar Bakht were also tested. Presenter Samira Pasha also underwent Covid 19 Tests whose reports are awaited.

According to the PCB spokesperson, security measures were taken after Sana Mir's test was positive, sanitation was sprayed in the comment box and around, commentators are performing their duties as usual.Former captain of women's cricket team Sana Mir's corona test came positive after which she has quarantined herself.


Former captain Sana Mir is currently on the commentary panel of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in Karachi and other commentators have also undergone Quid-19 tests after the Corona test came back positive.

It is to be noted that Coronavirus wars are going on in the country and during the last 24 hours, 1,895 new cases of Coronavirus have come to light after which the number of confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Pakistan has risen to 488,529.

The Coronavirus has killed 39 more people in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to more than 10,000.
