Pakistan Cricket Board has congratulated Imran Farhat on the end of his long career of 24 years. Top-order batsmen retired from professional cricket today. He was representing Balochistan in the domestic season 21-2020.
The 38-year-old batsman started his List A career in the 1998-1997 season. He made his first-class debut the following season.
After representing the national under-19 and then Pakistan A cricket team, Imran Farhat got the honor of representing Pakistan. He made his ODI debut against New Zealand in 2001. The left-arm batsman also made his Test debut a month after his ODI debut. Imran Farhat has played a total of 230 first-class matches. He scored 15805 runs. He scored 7572 runs in his career consisting of 222 List A matches. During this time he also scored 1636 runs in 69 T20 cricket matches.
He scored a total of 4,195 runs in 105 international matches, including 2,400 Test runs, 1,719 ODI runs, and 76 T20 runs.
